Session 5:

Cannabis & Wellness

April 2026 || Eugene, Oregon

This was our biggest event yet! The sun was shining bright on Eugene for this warm spring evening as over 400 guests gathered for our 5th session.

Spring is a time for growth and rejuvenation, so this was the perfect time to return to our roots in medicinal cannabis and tackle an issue that the community has been facing since the boom of the recreational market - the decline in medical cannabis advocacy.

At this Sesh, our guests heard from professionals around the industry with deep ties to protecting and advancing medicinal cannabis advocacy, education, and practice. Jon de Kluyver, a cannabis retail expert with Deep Roots Cannabis, Dr. Jonathan Shaffer, a renowned naturopathic physician and medical cannabis practitioner, and Paul Stanford, a pioneer of cannabis activism and the founder of The Hemp and Cannabis Foundation, gave attendees valuable insight into the importance of refocusing our mission as an industry to protect cannabis as a medicine.

Out in the sun, we enjoyed dozens of cannabis and craft vendors, exciting carnival-style games, and delicious meals served up by local Eugene food carts. As the night wound down, guests went home with awesome raffle prizes courtesy of our paid sponsors and enjoyed our traditional Sesh afterparty at Level Up Arcade and Bar.

Session 4:

Challenging Stigma, Changing Policy

October 2025 || Eugene, Oregon

Our Halloween 2025 Sesh was a thrilling night to remember. This event focused on the ongoing stigma challenges that Cannabis still faces every day on a policy level (yes, even in Oregon). With the help of the Cannabis Industry Alliance of Oregon (CIAO), our community was able to listen and discuss with Oregon legislators on concerns and ideas about Oregon's future in Cannabis Policy.

Oregon Congressman Peter DeFazio, Oregon State Representative Virgil Osborne, and Oregon State Senator Floyd Prozanski took the stage to discuss topics surrounding over-regulation, cultural stigma, and interstate commerce for our hour-long couch talk. This was a unique opportunity for members in our community to be given space outside of a political atmosphere to engage with our local politicians on a more intimate and casual level.

Outside, the atmosphere was electrifying with the sounds of great conversations, music, and laughter as our guests enjoyed a night of partying, interacting with vendors, and testing their creativity through pumpkin carving and our haunted costume contest.

Session3:

Sustainability in Cannabis

April 2025 || Eugene, Oregon

This was a vibrant gathering focused on building a greener future within the cannabis industry. Bringing together passionate professionals, innovative brands, and a community of advocates, the event spotlighted how sustainability and cannabis go hand-in-hand.

Guests enjoyed an evening of live art, music, interactive workshops, and a thoughtful panel discussion featuring leaders in sustainable practices. Our speakers shared valuable insights on reducing environmental impact, promoting regenerative agriculture, and innovating within packaging and production.

Throughout the night, attendees connected with sponsors, participated in raffles, customized old apparel at the Re-Tee Tie-Dye Workshop, and contributed to a silent art auction benefiting the Last Prisoner Project.

The energy was high, the conversations were meaningful, and the spirit of sustainability was celebrated in every detail — from the decor to the initiatives showcased.

A heartfelt thank you to our sponsors, vendors, panelists, and every guest who made this event unforgettable. Together, we are setting the new standard for a conscious and thriving cannabis community.

Terpenes & Cannabis Categorization

October 2024 || Eugene, Oregon

This Sesh event was an absolute blast! We leaned fully into the Halloween spirit, transforming the venue into a spooky, festive wonderland complete with eerie décor and moody lighting. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly our engaging panel discussion. Moderated by the always-charismatic A.J. Aguilar from Leaf Nation Magazine, the conversation was both enlightening and entertaining. A huge shoutout to our amazing panelists who brought their expertise and unique perspectives to the table: Alec Dixon of SC Labs, Marianna Cursetjee of Alibi Cannabis, and Angel Horns from Bald Peak Farms. Their insights sparked thoughtful dialogue and left the audience buzzing with ideas and inspiration.

July 2024 || Eugene, Oregon

The very first Sesh delivered an engaging and immersive experience. Attendees explored themed booths featuring interactive games and prizes, snapped memorable shots at the photobooth, and enjoyed smooth vibes from resident DJ Toke the Reef. Delicious food and drinks rounded out the evening. Highlights included two 30-minute couch discussions led by Holly from Utokia Farms, who moderated conversations with Entourage Cannabis leadership: Chad Holland (CEO), Tucker Holland (CFO), and Cameron Venecia (COO). The interactive Q&A sessions that followed fostered deeper engagement and insightful dialogue.
